All of our Engineers are Gas Safe registered and are authorised to carry out Gas Safety checks and issue official certificates for this. During our inspection, we will ensure that all appliances are functioning properly as well as confirming the safety features of these appliances are fully working. We will check that the ventilation is working properly on the appliances and that dangerous gases are being filtered and removed properly.

We will complete a full Gas Safety Check Certificate detailing our inspection. We will detail each appliance which we inspect and also note of any faults which were identified and corrected. Our full regulatory details will also feature on the certificate.

All rental properties are required to have a valid Gas Safety Certificate which is renewed annually. If the certificate is either not valid, or not present then you are unable to allow a tenant to live in the property.

We will make sure that your tenants can move on as quickly as possible by offering a fast turnaround on Gas Safety Certificates. Our Gas Safe Engineers can also carry out repairs to any problems encountered to minimise the time your properties are vacant.

We will issue the certificate to you on the day of the inspection and proactively ensure that you are reminded annually prior to the renewal date.
